Almost two years ago, I had an alarm going off in my house and couldn’t figure out what it was or what to do. Long story short. You all had Carlton call me to see if he could fix it over the phone. It was Thanksgiving time and when he couldn’t resolve it over the phone and although he was getting ready to sit down to eat with his son, he drove up from North Port ( as I recall) and found and resolved my issue!! I felt so badly that I had taken him away from his family but I was also incredibly impressed that he came, resolved the problem and was kind and professional. I made a big plate of food for him to take home and he laughed! You really have someone exceptional!
