Jennifer Mercer
Manager, Centralized Operations
Jennifer Mercer is the Centralized Operations Manager at SAC. She manages the day-to-day operations of the company as well as the operations of Port Charlotte Answering Service (“PCAS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of SAC. PCAS operators are the competent voices behind SAC’s UL Listed TMA Five Diamond Certified alarm monitoring center.
Mercer has a wealth of service industry management knowledge from her experience as a customer service manager for almost 20 years. During that time span she interfaced with countless clients and their challenging needs, utilizing her critical thinking skills and personable character to arrive at a solution.
Jennifer’s “get it done” work ethic meshes perfectly with her role in the organization where every day is filled with a plethora of diverse tasks. She manages the day-to-day operations at headquarters, fulfills all human resource responsibilities, and constantly sets the example for industry best practices, processes, and standards across the business. SAC’s passionate service to their customers and affordable security solutions set them apart from other security solution providers.
Ms. Mercer’s time outside of work is surrounded by her tight knit family. She has been married for over 25 years, has two children, and four grandchildren that she loves and adores. She has been part of the Charlotte County community for over twenty years.
